The ALPHA XI EPSILON was brought to BAYUGAN CITY in 1994 with a High Standard , Honor ,Value of BROTHERHOOD and SISTERHOOD . A one man ORGANIZER which brave enough to to stand -alone and execute an initiation rites of AXES which start planting AXESORIANS in a prestigious way, in AGUSAN DEL SUR COLLEGE. An ROTC Cadet OFFICER from PHILIPPINE NORMAL UNIVERSITY who intent to transfer his Schooling in ADSCO and he acquired great respect to the institution because of his Leadership as a Student which Control over the entire Student Military and Political Function in the Campus.
Because of his whole hearted pledge as an AXES.He never forgot to involved his Brotherhood that he came from and start recruiting potential Neophytes inside ADSCO CAMPUS.Because of his Level of capacity,he can recruit right away and the answer of the First Pioneering Batch was started. He organize the initiation master's from the different Chapter Alumni .It is compose of 14 neophyte all men but 4 was survive in the person of Gods Edizon Namocat , Gods June Ynte, Gods Emmanuel Tanquezon and Gods Jessie Cabahug . Our noble ORGANIZER was amazed with the result of the iniatiation which almost 60 percent of the neophyte was turned to quit other turns to deferment status that makes the AXES became challenges inside Campus and many were aggressive to volunteer there selves and to became a member of AXES.
After one week of Lunching the Pioneering Batch , the next recruit was been ORIENTED , it is compose of One Platoon of ROTC cadet and the iniatition was been Scheduled in Km 5 , Sta Irene at Tanquezon Farm....the second batch was Gods Tejatillo,Gods Cinco,Gods Porperio Tanquezon,Gods Bantilan,Gods Mejorada,Gods Alqueza,Gods Alonte,Gods Cabcad,Gods Palban,Gods Morales,Gods Rallos,Gods Guyo,Gods Padecio,Gods Lagumbay,Gods Laum,Gods Ampo,Gods Pino,Gods Salino,Gods Gulye and this member are actively participating both Academics and School Activity and AXES starts propagate and continue recruiting potential members until the Organizer push a letter to the ADSCO board of trustee to be recognize in the school campus...AXES became 123 active member in just One year of Organizing, Holds and elects there own STUDENT SUPREME COUNCIL President and 6 Departmental Representative.
AXES dominates all fraternity ....in One year of recruitment we never been joined a single Lady AXES but to break the record in the 1995 two Sister was Survive Sis Lita and Sis Alvar and others was followed..The Noble organizer was not stopping to ORGANIZE he attempt to recruit SOUTHWESTERN AGUSAN COLLEGES and the attempt was very successful he got the product of 9 in one rigid initiation rites ...AXES got Two Institution in a rows that the effort of our Noble ORGANIZER without any helps and financial assistance from other Chapter....and that time other CHAPTER was in silence inititiation and recruitment especially were our Noble Organizer came from...until such time that Noble Organizer mates Gods Sammy Bual which inspire his to re activate NORMISIST,FATHER URIOUS and SJIT. We started recruit BAYUGANON who are studying in such school so they can organize again with the standard of BAYUGAN AXES INITIATION ... Gods Efren Namocat who became Grand High to Normisist and re-born the AXES and activates the alumni Gods Capilitan Became Grand High to SJIT and re-born the AXES and activates the alumni.A son of a teacher which adviser of AXES in NOMISIST who happened transfer in FATHER URIOUS who lead to organized and became Grand High which re-born the AXES and activates the Alumni and later organized a Chapter in BANCASI.
A BAYUGANON survive which product of SJIT later part mate and talk to our NOBLE ORGANIZER in there plan to conquer CEBU CITY .Noble Organizer and Gods Melvin Chavez organized AXES CEBU in San Carlos University and successfully contribute and motivate the caramaderies of the AXES...especially when we Lunch and introduce the ALPHA XI EPSILON SOCIETY in World Wide Web that you can browse and see our Legendary Logo and sort history backgound of our Fraternity..
This is the great Contibution of our NOBLE ORGANIZER of AXES .We are proud that he came from Bayugan City.Even he was a student before he was very RENEGADE to take the Risk ....He is NOBLE ORGANIMZER GODS ELMER BROXX NAMOCAT....
